qualified candidates from within. This coaching builds on corporate culture and policies. It focuses on employee morale and
team building efforts to help managers and supervisors grow staff members who can effectively fill their shoes.

Pre-requisite: “Customer Service as Second Nature”
KDI specializes in transforming “workers” into an effective “workforce.” Toward this end, all KDI development programs can
